Each season offers an opportunity to enjoy nature in different ways.
In November and December when the olive harvest takes place, we propose theme week-ends with arrival on friday afternoon and departure on sunday afternoon.
Cost includes: 2 nights and breakfasts, saturday dinner and sunday lunch.
The daily plan is:
– Partecipation or observation of olive harvest;
– Visit to the oil mill to see how extra-virgin olive oil is produced;
– Visit to the Olive Oil Museum at Castelnuovo di Farfa;
– Extra-virgin olive oil shopping if anybody is interested in.
Thanks to the law luminous pollution and the favourable position, Agriturismo Sant’Ilario sul Farfa is the ideal place for astronomical observation.
